1. My article has not arrived yet, is this normal?
Delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the item ordered and whether it is in stock or not.
2. Why is delivery taking so long?
Some of the items we ship may be located abroad depending on your location and if supply is limited. However, tracking numbers will always be provided so you can always check on the status of your order no matter where it is.
3. I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
Yes, if you email us before we've shipped your item, we are happy to cancel for you. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and we will refund 100% of the amount.
4. Are there items missing from my order, where are they?
We have a lot of different suppliers. When you order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). If you order three of the same product, then they should all be in the same package.
5. Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We can ship all over the world.
6. My item is damaged, can I have a refund?
Yes, if your item is broken, send it back to us and it will be refunded or exchanged based on your preference.
7. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be refunded?
Absolutely, you just have to contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to be refunded. Simply send us the item back and we will process a full refund. The return costs are your responsibility.

9. Can I trust you?
